AQUA GOLD Upvc – High Pressure Plumbing System
Supreme “lead free” aqua gold high pressure UPVC solvent weld plumbing system is the most suitable, easy and economical solution for transportation and distribution of portable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over conventional G.I. piping system. This system is very easy to install and functionally most suitable for plumbing application like terrace looping, down-take and up-take lines, concealed pipe work in any building or construction. Apartfrom more than 40-50% cheaper to G.I. piping system, it has longer service life. This hygienic system is endowed with many good features and approved by MCGM. Pipes - 15 to 200mm (1/2 to 8”) sizes in SCH 40 and SCH 80 pressure class as per ASTMD-1785
Fittings - 15 to 200mm (1/2 to 8”) sizes in SCH 80 as per ASTM D -2467 and 15 to 50mm (1/2 to 2”) sizes in SCH 40 as per ASTM D – 2466
(Pressure rating varies from 41.4 to 11kgf/cm2 for SCH 40 58.6 to 17.2kgf/cm2 for SCH 80 based on pipe size)
Fields of Application
The system is designed for normal water application and an ideal solution for portable water distribution, plumbing and water supply in residential and industrial buildings. It can be used for uptake lines, downtake lines and loops on the terrace, water distribution mains, industrial process lines, sugar, paper and distillery industry and aggressive /corrosive fluid transportation.
